Warm and hopitable, these guys are the perfect neighborhood coffee shop. I wish they were down the street from me. What seperates them is not their friendly attitude but Horace's (the owner who brews the coffee for you personally) immense knowledge on coffee and the many variables that go into making it. You will not find a coffee pot/cauldron thingy with pre-brewed coffee, such as at any other place (Starbucks, Peets, etc). Instead, they brew you a personal cup of your choice of organic coffee's right there, using hot water "heated between 190-205" (I believe) for maximum tast extraction.
I could go on and on but I think you get the point. It's worth it to stop here on your next trip through.
