Here's how it works:
• Create a profile. When you sign up with SWOP, you create an account using your email address. Build out your profile with a unique profile picture, a complete bio, and connections to your social media accounts of choice.
• Request a workout. Ready to get sweaty? Great! Simply sign in to SWOP and request a workout whenever you're in the mood. Specify your location (gym, outside, or at home) and your focus (muscle growth, burning fat, building agility, or improving condition). Once you've done that, specify how much time you have available (anything from a quick 20-minute workout or an hour-long sweat session), and add any extra comments, like that you have bad knees or hate squats. It's that simple!
• Receive workout suggestions. Once you've specified what you're interested in, your request will go out to the SWOP community. From there, other SWOP members who have just what you're looking for will respond by filling in details like the name of the workout, how long the workout takes, ideal reps, weight, distance, or time, and which warm-up and cool-down exercises you should be doing. They can also send you helpful YouTube videos or Google images to illustrate the workout and make it easy to follow.
• Choose your favorite. Once you've received all your SWOP suggestions, just scroll through them, pick your favorite, and enjoy your exciting new workout! Once you've finished up, easily share your progress with friends and other SWOP users on your favorite social platforms!
